Willard Raymond McKinney

Willard Raymond McKinney, age 78, of Prestonsburg, KY, husband of Rosalind Hutchinson McKinney, passed away December 13, 2023 at his residence.  He was born December 3, 1945 in Printer, KY, a son of the late Wilson and Artie Mullins McKinney.  He was retired from the US Army and a member of the American Legion.

In addition to his wife he is survived by one son; Robert McKinney, Pohlhem, Germany, one brother; Kenneth (Bonnie) McKinney, Auxier, KY, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, six siblings; Jesse Eugene Bowling, Charles Edward Bowling, Harold Lloyd Bowling, James William McKinney, Bernard Phillip McKinney and Anna Mae McKinney-Perkins.

Funeral service will be conducted Sunday, December 17, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with John Paul Perkins officiating.  Burial will follow in the Jeff Hunter Cemetery, Printer, KY, visitation is from 12 noon until the time Sunday at the funeral home, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
