Wanda Faye (Prater) Foster

   Wanda Faye Foster, age 77, of Garrett, KY, widow of Willis Hite Foster, died Wednesday, August 7. 2024 in the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY. She was born April 17, 1947 in Mousie, KY a daughter of the late Muncy and Edith Mae Prater. Wanda was a homemaker.

   Survivors include one son, Dwayne (Natasha) Foster and one daughter; Elizabeth Foster, all of Garrett, KY, two brothers; Harold Prater, Denver, CO, Bob Prater, Leesville, LA, and two grandchildren; James Anthony Owens and Jacob Wayne Owens.

    In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a host of brothers and sister.

     A graveside service is scheduled for Wanda Faye Foster at a later date in the Chaffins Cemetery, Garrett, KY.
