Wade Lanthan Blackburn

Wade Lanthan Blackburn, age 76, of Vermilion, OH, husband of Priscilla Stumbo Blackburn, passed away August 24, 2022.  He was born August 31, 1945 in Martin, KY, a son of the late Lacey and Helen Stickler Blackburn.  He was formally Vice President of R.E. Warren and Associates, a member of the Engineering Society, a Kentucky Colonel, he enjoyed playing golf and bowling.

In addition to his wife, he is survived two daughters; Kristy Denise (Thomas Daniel) Stump, Elyria, OH and Kellie Dawn (Ken Alan) Weaver, Wellington, OH, four grandchildren; Kyle Stump, Connor (Alexa) Stump, McKenna Stump and Alexis Weaver, four great grandchildren; Liam Stump, Paislee Kaspar, Jhett Stump and Chase Stump.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers; Barney Blackburn and Lindsay Blackburn.

Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, burial will follow in the Lucy Hall Cemetery, McDowell, KY, visitation is from 11 a.m. until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
