Tony Hall Jr.

    Tony Hall Jr., age 82, of Drift, KY widower of Alden "Nettie" Hall, died Saturday, November 8, 2025 in the Knott County Health & Rehabilitation Center, Hindman, KY. He was born January 18, 1943 in Dema, KY a son of the late Anthony and Liza Meade Hall. Tony was a retired coal miner.

   Survivors include two sons, Adam (Krista) Hall, Lexington, KY, George Anthony Hall, Georgetown, KY, one daughter; Maggie Renea Kennedy, Georgetown, KY, two brothers; Tommy Hall, Quicksand, KY and Olvin Hall, Chicago, IL, one sister; Freda Hayes, Hindman, KY, three grandsons; Taylor Hall, Dylan Hall and Brandon Meade, two granddaughters; Destany Meade and Claire Marie Dials, and four great grandchildren;  Branson Meade, Bristol Meade, Brock Meade, and Sandra Marie Dials.

  In addition to his wife and parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, Ervin, John and Clifford Hall, and five sisters; Opal Steele, Martha Sparkman, Mary Sue Triplett, Vivian Gayheart, and Sina Thornton.

   Funeral service for Tony Hall Jr. will be conducted Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 11 AM in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, with the Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating, Burial will follow in the Felix King Cemetery, Topmost, KY. Visitation is from 6 until 9 PM Thursday, November 13, and from 10 AM until 9 PM Friday, November 14 at Hall Funeral Home.
