Theodore Thomas Stephens Obituary

Theodore Thomas "Teddy" Stephens, age 60, of Martin, KY, husband of Debra Scutchfield Stephens, passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at his residence. He was born April 8, 1961 in Martin, KY, a son of the late Rubin Mary Caudill Stephens. He was a musician.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter: Staci (Matt) Ray, Louisville, KY, one sister; Nancy Meade, Dwale, KY, seven nieces and nephews; Bobby Akers II, April Stephens, Shawn Stephens, Ronald Brent Akers, Tracie Layne and Amy Williamson.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: Danny Carl Stephens, Bobby Caudill, one sister; Barbara Ann Akers and one nephew; Nathaniel Stephens Meade.

A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, September 11, 2021 from 4-6 PM at Hall Funeral Home.
