Sylvia Crum

Sylvia Ousley Crum, age 98, of Martin, KY, daughter of Mont and Mima Ousley. Born February 8th, 1923 at Risner, KY. At an early age she married the late Miles Hughes. Unto this union one son was born, Marvin (Wanda) Hughes. On November 7th, 1959 she married Hezzie Crum. Unto this union no children were born. She joined the Cold Springs Old Regular Baptist Church. On September 22nd, 1974 she was baptized by Elder Bill Justice and Elder Hilbert Mullins.

In addition to her son, Marvin and daughter in law, Wanda, she is survived by one granddaughter: Patricia Hendrickson, Martin, KY; two step granddaughters: Melissa Johnson and Theresa Case; two step grandsons: Kenny Goble and Greg Frasure, whom she loved them all as her very own and didn't make any difference between. She had nine sisters and one brother. Eleven children in total in the Ousley family. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be conducted on Sunday, February 14, at 1 PM in the Hall Funeral Home chapel with Squire Hamilton and the Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Ousley Cemetery, Martin, KY. Visitation is after 6 PM Friday and all day Saturday
