Susannah Carol (McKenzie) Hackworth

Susannah Carol Hackworth, age 50, of Prestonsburg, KY, wife of  Roy Michael Hackworth, died Saturday, March 20, 2021 in the Kings Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, KY. She was born February 10, 1971 in Paintsville, KY a daughter of Jerry McKenzie, Paintsville, KY and the late Darlene LeMaster McKenzie.

In addition to her husband she survived by one son, Toy Adams, Lexington, KY , two step-daughters; Mariah Kate Hackworth, Prestonsburg, Kelsie Virginia Hackworth, Ft. Myers, FL, two brothers; Todd (Amy) McKenzie, Oak Grove, KY, Keith (Cindy) McKenzie, Madisonville, KY, one sister; Sarah Beth McKenzie, Paintsville, KY, one step granddaughter; Hannah Rose Justice, one grandchild on-the-way; Kolton Justice; godson and nephew; Landon Tate Hale; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service for Susannah Carol Hackworth will be conducted on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 11 am in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg. Visitation is after 6 PM Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home.
