Shirley Ann (Dillon) Maynard

Shirley Ann Maynard, age 76, of Prestonsburg, KY, wife of John Maynard, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2022 at the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY.  She was born April 28, 1946, in Prestonsburg, KY, a daughter of the late John and Flara Carr Dillon.  She was a homemaker.

In addition to her husband she is survived by two sons; Bobby (Lori) Maynard, Richmond, KY and Michael (Angela) Maynard, Prestonsburg, KY, two brothers; Donald Lee Dillon and Winston (Draxie) Dillon, all of Prestonsburg, KY, nine grandchildren; Christopher, Tyler, Sarah, Kayla, Miguel, Lauryn, Bryan, Alayna and Bryce.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers; John Earl Dillon and Joe David Dillon, one sister; Wanda George.

Funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, entombment will follow in the Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, KY, visitation is after 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, KY.
