Scarlett Michelle (Garrett) Bailey

Scarlett Michelle Bailey, age 48, of McDowell, KY, widow of Jason Lee Bailey, passed away Tuesday, June 06, 2023 at her residence.  She was born June 01, 1975 in Prestonsburg, KY, a daughter of the late Scott and Virginia Stevens Garrett.  She was a member of the Corinth Missonairy Baptist Church. 

She is survived by one daughter; Autumn Bailey, McDowell KY, one son; Jacob Bailey, McDowell, KY, one son at heart; Andrew (Mackenzie) Williams, one sister; Lillian Garrett, Martin, KY,  her Fur Babies; Sammie and Nyla and one grandchild on the way; Zaiden.

Funeral service for Scarlett Garrett Bailey will be conducted Saturday, June 10, 2023 at 1:00 pm in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, with Steve Peake, Sam Stevens, and Willie Crase officiating . Burial will follow in the Bailey Cemetery, Hippo, KY.  Visitation is after 6:00 pm Thursday and all day Friday at Hall Funeral Home with service each night at 7:00 pm.
