Sandy Lou (Campbell) Carroll

Sandy Lou Carroll, age 62, of Prestonsburg, KY, widow of the late Gary Wayne “Jay” Carroll, passed away Friday, March 1, 2024 at Highlands ARH. She was born February 10, 1962, in Prestonsburg, KY. a daughter of the late Ernest & Lucy Adams Campbell. She was a homemaker and a member of the Faith Independent Church.

She is survived by three sons; Jody Carroll, Prestonsburg, KY, Jason Carroll, Prestonsburg, KY, Zachary (Tamra) Carroll, Prestonsburg, KY, one sister; Wilma Campbell, Prestonsburg, KY, one brother; Tandy Campbell, Prestonsburg, KY, eleven grandchildren; Destiny, Alanis, Dylan, Haley, Erin, Lucy, Bradley, Carson, Lily, Ariana, Addison, nine great-grandchildren; Zoey, Kyra, Milly, Ian, Journey, Travis, Maddox, Lukas, Abel, five daughters-at-heart; Angie Ousley, Stephanie Marshall, Misty Carroll, Stacy Carroll, Amy Adams

In addition to her husband and parents she is preceded in death by four brothers: Ernest Jr., Ellis Jo “BoBo”, Bennie Ray, and Estill Campbell, two sisters; Brenda Kay Limon & Vina Branham, one daughter-in-law; Brooke Russell

Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, March 8, 2024 at 1:00 pm in the Hall Funeral Home chapel, Martin, KY, with Donnie Patrick officiating. Burial will follow in the Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, KY, visitation is after 6:00 pm Wednesday and all-day Thursday at Hall Funeral Home, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, KY
