Russell Dean Conn

    Russell Dean Conn, age 67, of Banner, KY, widower of Pacilla Allen Conn, died Saturday, September 22, 2018 in the Highlands Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, KY. He was born December 30, 1950 in Dana, KY a son of the late Junior Lee Conn and Loretta Robinette Conn, Banner, KY. Russell was a retired Switch Board Operator for ATT and a Vietnam Army Veteran.

   In addition to his mother he is survived by one daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Conn, Banner, two sisters; Deborah (Julian) Greene, East Point, KY, Sandra Lynn (Larry) Roberts, Banner, KY and nieces and nephews; Stacey (Rhonda) Tackett, Scott (Kristi) Tackett, Ashley (Brad) Reynolds, Amber (Jimmy) Campbell, Kevin Allen, Jessica Lester, Jamie Allen, Kyle Allen and Bryon Allen.

   Funeral service for Russell Dean Conn will be conducted Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 11 AM in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, with Scott Tackett and Sam Crawford officiating. Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, visitation is after 6 p.m. Sunday and all day Monday at the funeral home with service each evening at 7 p.m., under the professional and dignified care of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky, Military Honors will be conducted by Disabled American Veterans Chapter 169, Betsy Layne, KY.
