Ruby Jewel Wells

Ruby Jewel (Arnold/Edgell) Wells, age 73, went home to be with the Lord on March 4, 2021 with her family by her side.  She was born in Drift, KY, to the late Harry "Shorty" Counts and Molly (Wright) Arnold.  Ruby loved gospel music and was a wonderful mother that will be missed by everyone that knew her.

She is survived by children; April (Randy) Edgell-Henline, Melissa Edgell-McAvinew, Linda (Tim) Batcha, sisters; Shirley (George) Parsons and Rosetta (Jim) Bennett; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son; Roger Dean Gayheart, sisters; Ocie Lewis, Joan Olah, Peralie Arnold and Louvienna Bowen.

Funeral service will be conducted Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Robert Webb officiating.  Burial will follow in the Drift Cemetery, Drift, KY, visitation is from 5 until 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 10 a.m. until the time of service Thursday at the funeral home.
