Ronnie E Combs

Ronnie E. Combs, age 79, of Winchester, KY, formerly of Wayland, KY, husband of Sharon Combs, passed away Sunday, May 16, 2021 at the University of KY Medical Center, Lexington, KY. He was born August 8, 1941 in Wayland, KY, a son of the late Kendall and Magdalene Perkins Combs. He was a Deacon in the Freewill Baptist Church, a retired coal miner and member of the local U.M.W.A.

In addition to his wife, Sharon, he is survived by two sons: Ronnie E. (Rebecca) Combs, Jr., Wayland, KY, Kendall Brian (Robyn) Combs, West Van Lear, KY, one daughter; Ronda K. Combs, Winchester, KY, one sister; Nancy Louise (Bobby) Jacobs, Wilmore, KY, two grandchildren; Brock and Brody Horne, Cousin; Brenda (Roger) Horne, Wayland, KY, numerous nieces and nephews and Fur buddies; Caesar and Frank.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother: Billy Ray Combs.

A Celebration of Life service will be conducted on Thursday, May 20 at 11:00 am in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, KY. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6-10:00 pm at Hall Funeral Home.
