Rodney Blackburn

Rodney Blackburn, age 65, of Prestonsburg, KY, passed away Thursday, October 24, 2024 at the Highlands ARH, Prestonsburg, KY.  He was born April 14, 1959 in Floyd County, KY, a son of the late Archel and Emma Jean Lewis Blackburn.

He is survived by a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parent he was preceded in death by five brothers; Gary, Stevie, Paul, Scottie and Keith Blackburn, three sisters; Etta Faye Blackburn, Charlotte George and Debbie Burns.

A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
