Rhonda Ann Rowe

Rhonda Ann Rowe, age 68, of Langley, KY, a daughter of the late Virgil Rowe & Ella May Blanton Collins, and the adopted daughter of the late Claude & Susan "Suzanne" Ousley Rowe, gained her angel wings & entered her heavenly home on Sunday, December 03, 2023, at Highlands ARH, in Prestonsburg, KY. Ann, as she was called by all who knew her, was born April 30,1955 in Martin, KY. She was a current member of the Bethel Old Regular Baptist Church, and recently member of the Philadelphia Old Regular Baptist Church.

Ann is survived by one half-brother: Ezra "Junebug" Collins Jr., Paintsville, KY and one uncle, James Blanton, along with a host of Nieces, and Nephews.

In addition to her parents and adopted parents she is preceded in death by three adopted sisters/aunts: Marcella Rowe Bailey, Gladys Rowe Wolfe, Rhonda (Rondie) Rowe, Augusta Rowe Carter, two half-sisters: Donna Brown Allen, Brenda Brown Bailey. Four adopted brothers/uncles: Elmer Rowe, Delmar Rowe, Terry Rowe, Jerry Rowe. Three aunts: Carmen Marie Blanton Risner, June Blanton Harris, Sylvia Blanton. Three uncles: Orville Blanton, Joe Blanton, and Jack Blanton.

Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 11:00 AM in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, KY with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Stewart Cemetery, Langley, KY. Visitation will be held Tuesday after 6:00 PM and all-day Wednesday with church services starting at 6:30pm both evenings, under the direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, KY
