Ralph Allen Roop II

Ralph Allen Roop !!, age 54, of Goose Creek, SC, formerly of Grethel, KY, husband of Sharon Hart Roop, passed away Saturday, February 15, 2020 at his residence.

He was born July 6, 1965 in Pikeville, KY, a son of Patty Jo Tackett Roop, Grethel, KY and the late Ralph Roop.

Allen retired from CSX railroad and was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, Betsy Layne, KY.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by one son; Ryan Tanner Roop, Pikeville, KY, two daughters; Kayela (Justin) Tackett, Pikeville, KY, and Krystal Hart, Goose Creek, SC, grandchildren; Khloe Rae Tackett, Tatum Tackett, Kamrin Campbell, Morgan Tackett and Hayden Tackett, sister; Kathy Jo (Dana Spitzer) Roop, Grethel, KY, brother; Jeff Roop, Betsy Layne, KY.

Memorial service will be conducted Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the Calvary Baptist Church, Betsy Layne, KY, with Pastor Tim McClannahan officiating.
