Raddie Sue Howell Vinson, age 70, of McDowell, KY, widow of George J. Vinson, passed away on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at her residence. She was born January 14, 1951 in Martin, KY, a daughter of the late Ralph & Maxie Dye Howell. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons: Charles (Jerry) McQuate, McDowell, KY, Michael Richard (Tammy) McQuate, Minford, OH, one daughter; Katherine "Dee Dee" (Shanna) McQuate, Wister, OK, one brother; Charles William (Rita) Howell, McDowell, KY, one sister; Anita Howell (Dale) Stumbo, McDowell, KY, four grandchildren; Tyler Elliott, Kade McQuate, Colton McQuate and Brysen McQuate, four great grandchildren; Makena McQuate, Ryker Elliott, Waylon Elliott, Railee Grace McQuate.

A memorial service will be announced and conducted at a later date.
