Pauline (Conn) Akers

          Pauline Conn Akers, age 90, of Dana, KY, widow of Lee Akers, passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at her residence. She was born January 21, 1928 in Dana, KY, a daughter of the late Willie and Stella Jarrell Conn. She was a homemaker and a member of the United Baptist Church.

          She is survived by one son: Paul (Dvorah) Akers, Dana, KY; one daughter: Carol (Danny) Harvey, Deboard, KY; two sisters: Allene Gilbert, Elkton, MD, Gennievene Kidd, Dana, KY; three grandchildren: Danetta Meade, Ashley Harvey, Erin Akers and two great grandchildren: Aiden Meade, Serenity Harvey.

          In addition to her husband and parents, Pauline was preceded in death by one daughter: Fonetta Elam and three brothers: Junior, Burton and Bennie Gene Conn.

          Funeral service will be conducted Sunday, October 28, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, KY with the United Baptist Ministers officiating.  Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, KY and visitation will be after 2:00 pm Saturday at Hall Funeral Home.
