Otis Wallen Obituary

Otis Eugene Wallen, age 71, of Martin, KY, widower of Ruby Yates Wallen, died Saturday, November 5, 2022 in the Highlands Appalachian Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, KY. He was born May 30, 1951 in Martin, a son of the late Herbert and Mary May Robinson Wallen.

He is survived by two sons, Scott Eugene Yates, Ligon, KY, Eric Gene Yates, Ivel, KY, one daughter, Cristy (Nick) Stephens, Martin, one brother, Michael Sherman Wallen, Ivel, KY, one sister, Shirley Ousley, Prestonsburg, KY, five grandchildren and one great grandchild.

In addition to his wife and parents he was preceded in death by nine brothers, Richard, Bill, Jim, James, Jack, Thomas, Bobby, Ernie and Bill Wallen.

A memorial service will be scheduled for a later date.
