Ocie (Isaac) Manuel

Ocie Isaac Manuel, age 94, of Martin, KY, widow of Arnold "Duck" Manuel, passed away Monday, January 13, 2020 at her residence. She was born April 17, 1925, a daughter of the late Maryland and Anna Compton Isaac. She was a member of the First Assembly of God, Martin, KY and employed at Messer's Dept Store, the Shoe Factory and Jenny Wiley State Park.

She is survived by one daughter: Brenda Ann (Don) Ousley, Martin, KY, 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren and one daughter in law; Virginia Manuel.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three sons and one daughter in law: Arnold "Buggs" (Janet) Manuel, Jr, Roger Dale Manuel, Charles Edward Manuel, one daughter and son in law; Wanda Lee "Duck" (David) Symon, three brothers; Homer, Virgil and Vernis Isaac, two sisters; Lassia Crisp and Opal Lafferty.

Funeral service for Mrs. Manuel will be conducted on Thursday, January 16 at 2 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home chapel with Ray Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Dingus Cemetery, Dinwood, Martin, KY. Visitation after 6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
