Nancy Karen (Venters) Hunt

Nancy Karen Venters Hunt, age 67 of East Point, KY, wife of Arco Hunt Jr., passed away Friday, September 1, 2023 at the Highlands ARH, Prestonsburg, KY.  She was born April 21, 1956 in Carr Creek, KY, a daughter of the late Fred Eugene Venters and Lettie Honeycutt Bradley.  She was a member of the Fitzpatrick Baptist Church and retired from Mountain Comp. as a Counselor.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters; Kelly Hunt, East Point, KY and Haleigh (Jeremy Ousley) Hunt, Hazard, KY, two sisters; Sandra Kaye (Curtis) Risner, Nicholasville, KY and Peggy (Al) Fraley, Richmond, KY, one granddaughter on the way; Savannah Blake.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister; Glenda Hutson and one granddaughter; Madison Hunt.

Funeral service will be conducted Sunday, September 3, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Tommy Reed officiating.  Burial will follow in the Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, KY, visitation is after 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
