Mickie Ray Parsons II

Mickie Ray Parsons II, age 32 of Lexington, KY, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2025 at his residence.  He was born December 13, 1992 in Martin, KY, to Bridget Dawn Akers (Lanny) Gibson.  He was a factory worker for Georgia-Pacific.

In addition to his parents he is survived by one son; Adrian Moss Parsons, one daughter; Cheyenne Rose Parsons, eight siblings; Taran Rae (David Joseph) Allen, Natasha Lachay Parsons, Zander Quaid Ray Parsons, Noah Albert Abel Parsons, Luke Clark Gibson, Bobby Joel Gibson, Lanah Gabrielle (Dylan) Dye and Russell Lee Colton Gibson, paternal grandmother; Barbara Parsons and maternal grandmother; Joyce Akers.

Mickie was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather; Abel Parsons and maternal grandfather; Roger Darrell Akers.

Funeral service will be conducted Sunday, January 19, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Roy Harlow officiating.  Burial will follow in the Gibson Cemetery, Langley, KY, visitation is after 4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
