Mary Alice (Evans) Crum

Mary Alice Crum, age 82, of Hi Hat, KY, widow of Claude "Brownie" Crum, passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY.  She was born July 4, 1943 in Clintwood, VA, the daughter of the late Jeff and Frances Maynard Evans.  She was a homemaker.

She is survived by three sons; Danny (Sherrie) Jude, Kermit, WV, Howard Jude Jr., Columbus, OH and Lafie (Kristi) Crum, Hi Hat, KY, one daughter; Phyllis Pack, Louisa, KY, 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by one son; Ricky Jude, one daughter; Barbara Shirley and one brother; Billy Jeff Evans.

Funeral service will be conducted Friday, September 19, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Shawn Kidd officiating.  Burial will follow in the Little Cemetery, Price, KY, visitation is from 6 until 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
