Margie Mae (Hamilton) Roberts

Margie Mae Roberts, age 61, of Teaberry, KY, wife of James Sheldon Roberts, passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at the McDowell ARH, McDowell, KY.  She was born September 29, 1963 in Pikeville, KY, the daughter of Sadie Newsome Hamilton, Teaberry, KY, and the late Clifford Hamilton.  She attended the Hi Hat Church of God of Prophecy and retired as a Teacher's Aide from Betsy Layne Elementary.

She is survived by her husband; James Sheldon Roberts, mother; Sadie Newsome Hamilton, along with several nieces, nephews other family and friends.

In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her son; Brian Sheldon Roberts, two brothers; Donahue and Clifford Hamilton Jr.

Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, July 19, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. A.J. Hamilton, PhD (Nephew) & Bishop Don Fraley Jr. officiating.  Burial will follow in the Clifford Hamilton Family Cemetery, Tinker Fork, Teaberry, KY, visitation is after 6 p.m. Friday at Hall Funeral Home, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
