Louise Justice (Ousley) Egbert

            Louise Justice Egbert, age 90 of Prestonsburg, KY, wife of Richard Egbert, passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at her residence. She was born September 13, 1929 in Dock, KY a daughter of the late John and Susie Stephens Ousley. She attended the Old Regular Baptist Church.

            Along with her husband, she is survived by one son: David Justice(Teresa)  , Blue River, KY; one daughter: Sarah Rose (Charles)  , Prestonsburg, KY; one brother: Hubert Ousley, Harrogate, TN; five grandchildren: Vincent Justice Jr. (Bernice), Brandy Justice, Melissa Click (Kris), Rachael Rice (Johnny), Keith Branham; six great grandchildren: Johnny Justice, Beth Justice, Quentin Click, Lauren Click, Kayla Rice, Benjamin Branham and Matthew Branham.

            In addition to her parents, Louise was preceded in death by two sons: Vincent and Clifford Justice; one daughter: Susie Branham; one brother: Calvin Ousley and two sisters: Bessie and Della Jacobs.

            Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 11:00 am in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, KY. Burial will follow in the Ousley Family Cemetery, Bucks Branch, Martin, KY and visitation will be after 2:00 pm Friday at Hall Funeral Home.
