Lloyd Wendell Moore

Lloyd Wendell Moore, age 88, of Richmond, KY, formerly of Floyd County, husband of the late Bonnie Lawson Moore, passed away Monday, June 24, 2024 at the Hospice Care Plus Compassionate Care Center, Richmond, KY.  He was born April 16, 1936 in Garrett, KY, a son of the late Albert and Rosha Spencer Moore.  He was a member of the Garrett First Baptist Church and a retired supervisor for KY-WV Gas Company.

He is survived by one daughter; Daina Elaine Moore, Richmond, KY, one sister; Muriel Francis, Lexington, KY, five grandchildren; Daniel Sigmon III, Thomas Sigmon, Jenna McCracken, Nathan Turner and Joshua Turner, 12 great grandchildren also survive.

In addition to his wife and parents he was preceded in death by one daughter; Carolyn Yvette Moore, five brothers; Clarence, Harley, Harry Lee, John and Marvin Moore, two sisters; Marietta Snyder and Grace Combs.

Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Willie Duff officiating.  Burial will follow in the Harry Lee Moore Cemetery, Garrett, KY, visitation is 1 p.m. until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
