Lloyd Hall

Lloyd Hall, age 88, of Ivel, KY, husband of Carolyn Murtland Hall, passed away Friday, February 27, 2026 at the Highlands ARH, Prestonsburg, KY.  He was born June 2, 1937 in Teaberry, KY, to the late Frank and Beatrice McPeek Hall.  He was retired from the US Army and also as a mechanic.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons; Michael (Lisa) Hall, Lexington, KY and Dr. Terry Dwayne (Renee) Hall, Allen, KY, one daughter, Tracy (Dwight) Jarrell, Stanville, KY, one brother; Emmitt B. (Diane) Hall, Xenia, OH, one sister; Geraldine (Joe) Born, Miamisburg, OH, nine grandchildren; Jordan, Racheal, Jessica, Rebecca, Noel, Jarredd, Jayden, Victoria and Elizabeth, ten great grandchildren; Will, Cash, Grady, Noah, Jamison, Jaxson, Paityn, Landon, Hannah and Eli.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers; Bill McPeek and Buddy Boy Hall, five sisters; Ruby Mitchell, Magalene Parrish, Goldie Hamilton, Velma Hall and Irene Little.

Funeral service will be conducted Sunday, March 1, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Dwayne Raines officiating.  Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, KY, visitation is after 6 p.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
