Linda (Webb) Layne

Linda Layne, age 75, of Nancy, KY, formerly of Wayland, wife of Terry Layne, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at her residence.  She was born September 8, 1948 in Martin, KY, a daughter of the late Alvin and Louise Smith Webb.  She was a homemaker.

In addition to her husband, Terry, she is survived by two sons; Shad (Trish) Stumbo, West Liberty, KY and Duane Layne, Wayland, KY, two daughters; Dana (Randy) Stumbo, McDowell, KY and Sha Caudill, Garrett, KY, three grandchildren; Haley, Austin and Brooke, four great grandchildren; Duncan, Garrett, Caryson and Kenley, her baby pet; Tucker.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one son; Barry William Layne.

Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, December 23, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Shad Stumbo officiating.  Burial will follow in the East Gate Memorial Gardens, Eastern, KY, visitation is after 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
