Linda Sue (Prater) Goodman

Linda Sue Goodman, age 69, of Prestonsburg, KY wife of Taulbee Goodman, passed away Thursday, March 24, 2022 in the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center, Hazard, KY. She was born October 10, 1952 in Prestonsburg, KY a daughter of the late Oscar and Flossie Whitaker Prater. Linda was a homemaker and member of the Pentecostal Church of God, Prestonsburg.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her step-mother Marie Prater, two sons, Michael Todd (Marcie) Goodman, Wheeling, WV, Shawn (Heather) Goodman. Prestonsburg, one brother; Jackie Prater, Salyersville, KY, one sister; Loretta Thornsbury, Prestonsburg, KY, and four grandchildren; Miles Scott Goodman, Ryan Nicholas Goodman, Kristian Goodman, and Alyssa Goodman.

She was preceded in death by one son, Chad Nicholas Goodman, one brother, Leroy Prater, and two sisters; Shirley Robinette and Bonnie Prater.

Funeral service for Linda Sue Goodman will be conducted Sunday, March 27, 2022 at 3 PM in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, with Tommy Reed officiating. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery, Prestonsburg, with the Hall Funeral Home caring for those arrangements. Visitation is from 6 until 9 PM Saturday, March 26 at Hall Funeral Home.
