Lester Jones

Lester Jones, age 73 of Banner, Ky passed away at Baptist Health, Lexington, Ky
He was born November 30, 1947, to Patty Conley Jones and the late Casey Jones of Banner, Ky. 
Lester was the husband of Elizabeth Martin  (Beth) Jones for almost 50 years. In addition to his wife and his mother, he is survived by one son, Nathaniel Brian Jones, Frankfort Ky and one brother, Larry Michael (Sue) Jones, and two nephews, Casey Michael (Jenny)Jones, Prestonsburg Ky and Dustin Jones, (Kristen) Paintsville, Ky and great-nephew, Brody Jones of Prestonsburg, Ky.

Lester was a retired Field Agent in the Land Department for over 
40 years for Ky West Virginia Gas Company and Equitable Resources He was a lifetime member of the James Alley Lodge F&AM #869 and a member of Allen Baptist Church. He was a former U. S. Army Reservist 
Stationed in Pikeville, Ky

A Memorial/Celebration of Life Service will be on December 18, 2021, at Christ United Methodist Church, Allen, Ky at 11:00 A.M. with his brother-in-law, Reverend Robert Belcher officiating. There will be visitation from 10:00-11:00.  Inurnment will be at Gethsemane  Gardens, Prestonsburg, Ky
