Joyce Ousley

Joyce Ousley, age 72, of Martin, KY, passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2020 in the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center, Hazard, KY. She was born August 29, 1947 in Hueysville, KY, a daughter of the late Roe and Gracie Robinson Ousley. She was a retired nursing home assistant and member of the Arkansas Church of Christ.

She is survived by one son: Jerry (Kelly) Cooper, Ostrander, OH, one daughter; Tammy Cooper, Martin, KY, two brothers; Michael Ousley, Lexington KY, Darrell Ousley, Martin, KY, one sister; Madonna (Roy) Duncan, Prestonsburg, KY, four grandchildren; Jessica (Matt) Presley, Gary (Charlena) Cumberledge, Felicia Vonville, Matt (Samantha) Cooper and several great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers: Willie, Leroy, Ronald Ray, George P and Grover Ousley, one sister; Emma Jean McCoy and one grandchild; Jennifer Cumberledge.

Funeral service will be conducted at 2 PM on Saturday, May 23 at Hall Funeral Home with Ronnie Samons officiating and burial to follow in the Stephens-Ousley Cemetery, Prestonsburg, KY. Visitation is 10 AM Saturday prior to service.
