Joshua Terrell Hayes

    Joshua Terrell Hayes, age 41, of Owingsville, KY, formerly of Betsy Layne, KY, son of David Brian Hayes, Betsy Layne, KY and Debra Ann Williams Hayes, Owingsville, KY, died Sunday, July 7, 2024 in Cripple Creek, CO. He was born April 26, 1983 in Martin, KY. Joshua was a self employed businessman.

    In addition to his parents he is survived by one son, Elijah Hayes and one daughter; Emileigh Hayes, both of  Owingsville, KY, one brother; Nathan Allen (Lori) Hayes, Owingsville, KY, two  nephews; Ethan Hayes, Georgetown, KY, and Ayden Hayes, Owingsville, KY, and his maternal grandmother, Lora Virginia Williams, Banner, KY.

   Joshua was preceded in death by one sister, Nichole Hayes, his maternal grandfather, Billy Allen Williams, and his paternal grandparents; Clarence and Anna Ruth Layne Hayes.

   Funeral service for Joshua Terrell Hayes will be conducted, Sunday, July 14, 2024 at 11 AM in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, with Jared Arnett officiating. Burial will follow in the Williams Family Cemetery, Banner, KY. Visitation is after 6 PM Saturday, July 13, 2024 at Hall Funeral Home.
