John Thomas Pack

John Thomas Pack, age 70, of McDowell, KY, husband of the late Karen Lynne Stumbo Pack, passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at his residence.  He was born December 5, 1950 in Martin, KY, a son of the late Glenn and Ruby Jane Turner Pack.  He was a retired coal miner and equipment operator.

He is survived by one son; Teddy Thomas (Candice) Pack, McDowell, KY, one daughter; Kristie Lynne Pack, McDowell, KY, five brothers; Glenn Stephen (Vicki) Pack, Prestonsburg, KY, Gary Douglas (Julie) Pack, Lexington, KY, Alan Brian (Beth) Pack, Georgetown, KY, Mark Randall (Laurie) Pack, Georgetown, KY and Kevin Edward Pack, Winchester, KY.

In addition to his wife and parents he was preceded in death by one brother; Stanley Gordon Pack and one sister; Glenda Sharon Pack.

Funeral service will be conducted Friday, August 6, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Randal Holbrook officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lucy Hall Cemetery, McDowell, KY, visitation is after 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
