John Henry McCoy

John Henry McCoy, age 71, of Prestonsburg, KY, passed away Friday, October 10, 2025 at his residence.  He was born July 12, 1954 in Prestonsburg, KY, a son of the late Bill and Daisy Sellards McCoy.  He was a retired construction worker.

He is survived by two brothers; AJ and James McCoy, both of Prestonsburg, KY.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by four brothers; Billy Gene, Ellis, Fred and Glen McCoy, two sisters; Ima Jean Garrett and Elsie Abney.

Funeral service will be conducted Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in the Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, KY, visitation is after 6 p.m. Sunday and all day Monday at the funeral home, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
