Joan Gibson Obituary

Joan Gibson, age 83, of Prestonsburg, KY, widow of Jack Gibson, passed away Sunday, May 17, 2020 at the Prestonsburg Health Care Center, Prestonsburg, KY. She was born July 25, 1936 in Johnson County, KY, a daughter of the late Roy Davis and Alma Stanley and raised by Neil and Minerva Allen. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by one son: David (Paula) Gibson, Prestonsburg, KY, one grandson; Brandon (Allison) Gibson.

A private family funeral will be conducted on Wednesday in the Hall Funeral Home chapel, Martin, KY, with burial to follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, KY.
