Jewel Crider Obituary

   Jewel Dean Crider, age 81, of Prestonsburg, KY widow of Charles Alex Crider, died Saturday, November 22, 2025 in the Paintsville ARH hospital, Paintsville, KY. She was born March 3, 1944 in Prestonsburg, KY a daughter of the late Clyde and Florence Goble. Jewell was a caregiver.

   She is survived by two sons, Ricky (Rachel) Crider, Dwale, KY, Randy (Gina) Crider, Prestonsburg, KY, one daughter; Debbie (Paul) Stanley, Prestonsburg, KY, one brother; Thomas Goble, Prestonsburg, KY, six grandchildren; Chassity (Chris) Meeks, Cody Crider, Zachery Stanley, Dylan Stanley, Christian (Laura) Crider, Cameron Crider, and six great grandchildren; Trinity Carr, Mattie Carr, Penelope Crider, Karter Johnson, Masten Slone and Brayden Bailey.

  In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by one daughter; Connie (Bobby) Carr, one grandchild; Jeremy (Megan) Carr. three brothers; James, Brook and Don Goble, four sisters; Sue Crum, Doris Griffith, Nancy Stanley, and Nell Goble.

  Funeral service for Jewel Dean Crider will be conducted Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at 11 AM in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, with Chris Crider officiating. Burial will follow in the Crider Cemetery, Rt. 114 Prestonsburg, KY. Visitation is from 6 PM until 9 PM Tuesday at Hall Funeral Home.
