Jerry Lee Blackburn

Jerry Lee Blackburn, age 83, of Prestonsburg, KY, husband of Carla Mae Barnett Blackburn, passed away Monday, July 17, 2023 at his residence.  He was born January 31, 1940 in Pike County, KY, the son of the late Thomas Lester and Irene Hamilton Blackburn. He was a member of the Pleasant Home Baptist Church, a US Army Veteran and a retired self employed truck driver.

In addition to his wife, Carla Mae, he is survived by two sisters; Phyllis Pinson and Lavonne (Bob) Blevins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, son; Kevin Blackburn, step son; Dean Conn and brother-in-law; Gene Pinson.

Funeral service will be conducted Thursday, July 20, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Mark Tackett officiating.  Burial will follow in the Martin Cemetery, Martin, KY, visitation is from 11 a.m. until the time of service Thursday at the funeral home, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
