Obituary
James Vernon Hall, age 84, of Dema, KY, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at the Hazard ARH, Hazard, KY. He was born January 09, 1938 in Dema, KY, a son of the late Miles and Alta Layne Hall. He was a retired resident engineer for the KY Department of Transportation and a member of the James W. Alley Masonic Lodge No. 869, Wayland, KY.
He is survived by two sons; Larry James (Bridgett) Hall, Kite, KY and James Brandon Hall, Dema, KY, one daughter; LIsa (Deepak) Srivastava, Lexington, KY, three brothers; Charles M. "Bear" (Joan) Hall, Dema, KY, Jerry M. (Judy) Hall, Frankfort, KY and Garnis Ray (Sally) Hall, Shelby, OH, three sisters; Eleanor Bettac, Shelby, OH, Janice Bowman, Hindman, KY and Priscilla (Roy) Huff, Dema, KY, five grandchildren; Jarrid (April) Deaton, Larry Nicholas (Jessica) Hall, Whitney Elizabeth (Andrew) Cornett, Tracy (Kayla) Neice II and Amber Renee (Wiley) Turner, five great grandchildren; Hayleigh, Khloe, Madelyn, Abram and Noah.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one daughter; Carolyn Sue Hall, three brothers; Maynard, William Edgar and Glenn Darrell Hall, two sisters; Fonda Kay Sparkman and Christine Nickles.
Funeral service will be conducted Friday, July 29 2022, at 1:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel . Burial will follow in the Whitt Martin Cemetery, Dema, KY, Martin, Kentucky, under the directions of Hall Funeral Home.
