Gladys (Rowe) Wolfe

On May 11, 2021 Gladys Wolfe departed this life for her eternal home. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of over 50 years, Richard C. Wolfe; all of her brothers and sisters; her daughter Kathy (Dwight) Johnston; as well as her infant granddaughter, Elizabeth Ann Dempsey. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Sue (Jim) Harris of Ashville, Ohio and Anda Lee (Mike) Dempsey of New Boston, Ohio; and a very special niece, Rhonda Ann Rowe of Langley, Kentucky. Gladys had 7 grandchildren: Jamie, Missy, Angie, Kelly, Heidi, Mandy, and Rachel; 18 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends. Grateful, heartfelt thanks, and gratitude are given to the SOMC Hospice Care Center, and special caretakers, nurse Billie and personal care giver, Mary. Thank you to a special friend, Jim Hurst. Gladys attended New Boston Ohio Church of Prophecy. Visitation will be held 10 a.m-12 p.m. Monday, May 17, 2021 at Parsons Avenue Church of God, 3389 Parsons Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43207 where funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m. Interment Sunset Cemetery.
