George Tyrell Burchett

George Tyrell Burchett, age 26, of Sebree, KY, formerly of Floyd County, passed away Monday, July 2, 2018 in Clay, KY.  He was born April 21, 1992 in Martin, KY, to Sheri Barnett (Shawn) Conn and the late George Burchett.  He was a coal miner.

In addition to his mother and step father, he is survived by his son; Wyatt Burchett,  siblings; Stephanie Burchett Kilgore, Steven Burchett, Carlos Hoover, Joshua Hoover, Daniel Burchett, Derick Burchett, Darren Burchett, Laura Burchett Taylor and Cody Jervis, grandparents; Jack Burchett, and Charlotte Goble, nieces and nephews; Madeline Hoover, Cameron Hoover, Nicali Burchett, Emily Burchett, Tobias Taylor and Darla-Jo Taylor, aunts and uncles; Sheldon Barnett, Shonda Shepherd, Walter Laser, Steve Barnett and Greg Bruchett.

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his grandparents; Laura Burchett and Jessie Goble, three uncles; Scott Barnett, Sam Barnett and Bryant Burchett and one aunt; Edna Ward.

Funeral service will be conducted Friday, July 6, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in the Jervis Cemetery, Corn Fork, Prestonsburg, KY, visitation is after 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, under the professional and dignified care of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
