Freeda Eilene Charles, age 74, of Garrett, KY, wife of Rupert Donald "Rudy" Charles, died Thursday, August 03, 2023 in the Hazard ARH Hospital, Hazard, KY. She was born July 7, 1949 in Lackey, KY a daughter of the late Orville and Ruba Conley. Freeda was a retired School Teacher, having taught in Knott County, and primarily at Jones Fork Elementary School.
In addition to her husband she is survived by one sister, Leeda Music, Garrett, KY.
Visitation for Freeda Eilene Charles will be held Saturday, August 5, 2023 from 6 until 9 PM and Sunday, August 6 from 10 am until 11 am at Hall Funeral Home, Burial will follow the Sunday visitation at the Conley Family Cemetery, Garrett, KY.
