Fred Hall

Fred Hall, age 98, of Allen, KY, husband of the late Iris Valerie Laferty Hall, passed away Thursday, December 04, 2025 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center, in Hazard, KY. He was born January 01, 1927 in Beaver, KY, a son of the late Riley and Florence Hall. He was a member of the Church of Christ, Prestonsburg, KY. And retired from Columbia Gas.

He is survived by one son; Eric David (Cara) Hall, Allen, KY, one daughter; Teresa (Bill) Snapp, Berea, KY, one sister; Anna Gunnell, Panama City, FL. three grandchildren; Jessica (Paul) Collins, Nathan Hall, Justin (Mariah) Snapp, seven great-grandchildren; Braydon Collins, Brynna Collins, Brooks Collins, Branson Collins, Cameron Snapp, Chloe Snapp, Callie Snapp.

In addition to his wife and parents he was preceded in death by seven brothers; Troy Hall, Hauley Hall, Cecil Hall, Raymond Hall, John Hall, Ed Hall, James Riley Hall, two sisters; Fennie Creswell, Fannie Goble.

Funeral service for Fred Hall will be conducted Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 1:00 PM in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, KY with Shawn Slone officiating. Burial will follow in the Riley Hall Cemetery, Allen, KY. Visitation is from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday at Hall Funeral Home.
