Frank Ratliff, age 71, of Pikeville, KY, passed away Sunday, May 3, 2020 in the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center, Hazard, KY. He was born September 19, 1948 in Pikeville, KY, a son of the late George Ratliff and Maggie Buriss Rowe. He was a self-employed carpenter.

He is survived by one son: Darrel (Melissa) Ratliff, Pikville, KY, one brother; Oscar Buriss, Prestonsburg, KY, two grandchildren; Lindsey R (Cody) Begley, Russell Kaleb Ratliff, one great grandchild; Erin Serenity Hope Begley and aunt and uncle; Charles and Connie Rowe, Pikeville, KY.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
