Emma Lou Sword

Emma Lou Sword, age 70, of Danville, KY, formerly of Floyd County, passed away Saturday, February 8, 2020 at her residence. She was born March 8, 1949 in Tram, KY, a daughter of the late Marion and Molly Rogers Sword.

She is survived by one brother; Samuel Sword, Sturgis, MI, three sisters; Brenda Knight, Greeneville, TN, Linda Cramer, Cleveland, OH and Grace Fischer, Irmo, SC, several nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to her parent she was preceded in death by ; four brothers; Clifford Sword, Clifford "Bud' Carroll, Russell Sword and Wendall Sword, two sisters; Polly Hall and Ruth Cramer.

Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 12 noon at the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky, with burial to follow in the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, KY, visitation is from 10 a.m. until time of service Saturday, under the professional and dignified of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
