Edward Ousley

Edward Ousley, age 88, of Prestonsburg, KY, husband of the late Peggy Ann Bartley Ousley for 63 years, passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2024 at Hazard ARH Hospital in Hazard, KY. He was born February 15, 1936 in David, KY to the late Dockie and Thelma Hale Ousley

  He is survived by two daughters, Tanda Kaye Bailey of Hazard, KY and Edwina Gaye Ousley of Martin, KY, one sister, Ruth Harmon, Warsaw, IN, five grandchildren, Cameron Bailey, Kelsey Bailey, Taylor Back, Weston Hicks, Halee Hicks, seven great-grandchildren, Havyn Back, Cooper Back, Knox Couch, Coast Bailey, Amelia Hicks, Rhodes Bailey, Maverick Hicks. 

 In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by five brothers, Burnis Ousley, Paul Ousley, Willie Ousley, Curt Ousley, Ghomer Ousley, three sisters, Jean Carr, Lillie Deturk, Cassie Shepherd, and one great grandchild, Ripley Hicks.

 Memorial service for Edward Ousley will be conducted Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 6:30 PM in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, with Tommy Reed and Larry Findley officiating. Visitation is from 3 until 6:30 PM Thursday at Hall Funeral Home,
