Eddie Dean Fraley

Eddie Dean Fraley, age 68, of Prestonsburg, KY, passed away Monday, December 15, 2025 in Highlands ARH, Prestonsburg, KY. He was born April 13, 1957 in McDowell, KY, a son of Ella Faye Faulkner Fraley and the late Harold Dean "Gouge" Fraley.  He was a motorcycle mechanic.

He is survived by one brother; Richie (Patty) Fraley, River, KY, one nephew Jayden "J-Man" Fraley.

He was preceded in death by one brother; Harold Dwayne Fraley.

Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, December 20, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, KY with Roy Harlow officiating. Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, KY, visitation is after 6:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
