Dr. Samuel Preston Robinette

Dr. Samuel Preston Robinette, age 65, of Ashland, KY, formerly of Floyd County, KY, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021. He was born December 24, 1955 in Martin, KY, a son of the late George Preston and Stella Clevinger Robinette. He was a member of the 13th Street Baptist Church and a Dentist.

He is survived by one son: Zackary (Andria) Robinette, Houston, TX, one daughter; Erin Robinette, Nashville, TN, one brother; David (Valerie) Robinette, Belfry, KY, one sister; Teresa (Ronnie) Justice, three grandchildren; Claire, Lydia and Vivian.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one daughter: Taylor Robinette, three half brothers and their wives; Carl (Lydia), Arnold (Freeda), and Orville (Mary) Robinette, two half sisters and their husbands; Eva (Porter) Layne and Georgia (Jack) Allen.

A graveside service will be conducted on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 1 PM at the Robinette Cemetery , Harold, KY with Tom Harding officiating.
