Diannia Lynn Slone

Diannia Lynn Slone, age 70, of Minnie, KY, widow of Odell Wallen, passed away Monday, February 23, 2026 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, Lexington, KY.  She was born October 6, 1955 in Troy, OH, a daughter of the late Ivan Slone and Mae Adkins Duff.  She was a homemaker.

She is survived by one son; Matthew Wesley (Elizabeth) Wallen, Minnie, KY, one brother; Michael Keith Duff, Garrett, KY, two sisters; Vanessa Mae Slone (David Osborne), Garrett, KY and Charlene (John) Clark, Garrett, KY, one half-sister: Betty Slone Hawes Grise, two half-brother's Philip Slone and Tony Slone, three grandchildren; Aiden Johnson, Alexander Wallen and Andrew Wallen.

In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death two brothers; Alfred Lee Duff and David Darrell Slone, one sister; Vaneda Duff.

Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 12 noon at the Rock Fork Old Regular Baptist Church, Garrett, KY, with Willie Crase officiating.  Burial will follow in the Adkins Cemetery, Prater Fork, Hueysville, KY, visitation is after 6 p.m. Thursday and after 10 a.m. Friday at the church, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
