Diana Lee (Pack) Vanderpool, 73, of Versailles, Kentucky, passed away surrounded by her family. Born on August 6, 1952, in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Russell and Eleanor (Stumbo) Pack.
Diana was the beloved wife of Henry Michael Vanderpool and the devoted mother of Wendy (Dave) Vanderpool McCulloch and the late Michael Casey Vanderpool. She was also a cherished sister to John Ellis (Sheila) Pack and Debra Lynn (Ron) Nance.
She was a loving aunt to Shane (Lindsey) Hall, Shelley (Charles) Tinsley, Eric Todd (Lisa) Vanderpool, Spring (Scott) Vanderpool Barnes, the late Alexander Logan Nance, and Jonathan (Brittany) Pack. Diana also shared a special bond with her loyal dog, Beau, who brought her great comfort and companionship.
Diana’s life was defined by her love for her family. She found her greatest joy in caring for those she loved and creating a home filled with warmth, laughter, and kindness. Her gentle spirit and compassionate heart touched everyone who knew her.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her unwavering love, her strength, and the countless ways she made life brighter for those around her.
A celebration of Diana’s life will be held at a later date.
