David Eugene Hall

David Eugene Hall, age 85, of Hi Hat, KY, widower of  Sarah Jean Newman Hall, died Friday, January 12, 2024 in the Saint Joseph East Hospital, Lexington, KY. He was born July 20, 1938 in Weeksbury, KY a son of the late Julius and Ruby Stanley Hall. David was a Retired School Teacher in the Floyd County School system, a member of the Kentucky Retired Teachers Association and a Kentucky Colonel.

David is survived by one son, Brian David (Amy) Hall, Irvine, KY, one daughter; Crystal Cheri (Jason) Bryan, Baytown, TX, and one granddaughter, Alyvia Hall.

Funeral service for David Eugene Hall will be conducted Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 11 AM in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin. Burial will follow in the Newman Cemetery, Hi Hat, KY. Visitation is from 6 until 9 PM Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home.
